–<\/span> I was sent a lovely text this morning by my even lovelier bf with this very same quote…..and I wanted to use it!<\/p>\n

So off I set off in search of a photo to go with this quote. I was thinking I’d find a photo that represented something small that we don’t usually acknowledge or something like that….instead I came across this photo which was taken back on the 16th of August 2009 and couldn’t get past it.<\/p>\n

It definately isn’t a photo that I’m “technically” pleased with (e.g over exposed etc etc) but it so summed up the quote for me.<\/p>\n

It was a beautiful sunny August morning and we had all been out for breakfast for J’s birthday and gone for a walk up to the look-out and stopped for a “group” shot. …<\/p>\n

The kind of one where you don’t think much of and its a “nice memory of the moment”.<\/p>\n

…..so now I’ve looked back at this photo almost a year later and it makes me smile to think what was just a “small” passing snapshot turned out to be a photo of the people that I have shared some of the big things in life with.<\/p>\n

– Four of these ladies turned out to be the best housemates I could have imagined<\/p>\n

– One of these ladies was a couple of months away from meeting her Mr Right at the time of this photo and ended up being the first one out of the housemates to get married \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n

– Three of these ladies caused many squeals, jumps & hugs\u00a0 in our loungeroom as they flashed their engagement rings and dazzled us with the sparkles.<\/p>\n

– Four of these ladies are now married \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

– One of these ladies isn’t in the photo but we can all understand why…she’s the type that was just as likely to be off chasing butterflies \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n

– Two of these ladies are the bestest of friends you could ever ask for<\/p>\n

– All of these ladies I have seen grow over the past year and all reached different milestones in their lives<\/p>\n

– Three of these ladies at different times have shared\u00a0 “late night d&m + tea chats” on the couch<\/p>\n

– I have had the fun of photographing two of these lovely ladies weddings<\/p>\n

– One of these ladies I’ve seen come back from overseas relaxed and refreshed<\/p>\n

– One of these ladies has a very cool suprise \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

– Celebrated a wedding with four of these ladies in Sydney<\/p>\n

– Chilled out by the pool in Bali with two of these ladies<\/p>\n

– Four of these ladies have seen a couple of my “small silver tears”<\/p>\n

– Two of these ladies have gracefully handled me with my “big ugly tears”<\/p>\n

……..and lastly<\/p>\n

– All of these ladies have seen my smiles and have been cause for them in one way or another.<\/p>\n

Thank you for all being such lovely, kind, fun, thoughtful, amazing and hilarious friends!<\/p>\n
