What do you do when you find yourselves in Colorado with a mustang and plenty of time on your hands? Satisfy your curiousity of course and try to find the “Danbury Hotel” in Aspen where they filmed Dumb & Dumber!
Turns out however that it isn’t in Aspen at all (and could have been California for all we knew) but in a town on the otherside of the Rocky Mountain National Park to where we were staying called Estes Park! We drove for hours to get to the hotel and probably only stayed long enough to grab a drink and scour the gift shop before heading home again but it was one of the greatest days ever (and now we no longer have to wonder where the hotel is haha)!

Hungary was beautiful. Hungary was also where I was struck with the worst imaginable flu/virus and it’s also a whole new “experience” when you can’t hardly understand a word of writing let alone communicate with the pharmacist in little more than sign language. “Your whole existence becomes a series of interesting guesses”. But then again, isn’t that life sometimes anyway?
