Visual Inspiration 365 - Character is what you are unobserved - Helgas Bread

Quote // Character is what you are. Unobserved – Helga’s Bread Ad

Who would have thought today’s quote would have been brought to you by none other than Helga’s Bread!?

Happened to see their latest commercial on tv recently and they are working the “emotional” angle. It’s always interesting to see the most blandest of products marketed to sell something emotionally but in this instance I personally think its quite effective.

The bread is lovingly prepared, popped in the oven and while it is left to it’s own devices it rises unobserved into the tasty bread.

Emily. If your reading this,

it’s almost as deep as the banana cake revelation ; )

p.s oh and this is Mrs S.

She’s got character like you wouldn’t believe.

When I saw the intrinsic character of the tasty bread, being forged at high speed in those baking tins, I knew we were hearing a piece of true and ancient wisdom. So before the loaf hit the table at the end of the ad, I was hitting the Googleometer to find the source of this insight. Which brought me—surprised yet disappointed—to this here site. I hope there is really more to this than a new bread ad.

Lol I must admit I did the exact same thing when I first saw this add……..straight to the all knowing Google…but alas I didn’t find any ancient wisdom. And so instead I quoted it as Helga!? Sorry to disappoint but from all I can find it appears just to be another bread add…but a good one that if it was effective enough to have us googling 😉
